Get the lowdown on today’s match referee, Mr Mark Halsey
Refereeing this evening’s game against Cardiff City will be Mr Mark Halsey.
Halsey, 51, from Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire, has taken charge of 26 Premier League and Football League games this season.
During those 26 games, Mr Halsey has dished out 57 yellow cards – 4th lowest of all the referees to officiate an npower Championship game this term.
Mr Halsey has only handed three red cards this season.
