Crewe Alexandra boss, Steve Davis, has said that young on loan Watford striker, Uche Ikpeazu, is likely to remain with The Alex for the remainder of the season.
The nineteen year old’s loan with the League One side is set to expire in the coming days, but the boss, Steve Davis, has said that both Crewe and Watford have had successful talks on extending his stay at the Alexandra Stadium.
We have had discussions with Watford and they are happy for him to continue his loan with us,’ Davis told the Crewe Alex webpage , ‘Uche is happy to stay and play and we are delighted to have him here.’
He is liked by a lot of fans up at Crewe, and the promising youngster has netted twice in six appearances during his second loan spell with the club, but has contributed highly to the team.
When on loan at the League One side last season, he scored on four out of fifteen occasions.
