Directors Professor Stuart Timperley and David Fransen have been removed from the board of Watford Leisure Limited.
Watford Leisure Limited is the immediate holding company of Watford Football Club, created in order for Laurence Bassini to complete his buyout of the club 14 months ago.
Both Timperley and Fransen were served notices of their removal on June 19, two days ago. They both remain on the board of the football club however.
