Watford’s long-term absentees Martin Taylor and Stephen McGinn are both back in training ahead of their first-team return.
Taylor has been out for three months with a collarbone injury whilst McGinn has been sidelined since last February with cruciate ligament damage.
Speaking to The Watford Observer, Dyche confirmed the news:
“Obviously Stephen`s a bit slower, he`s joining in bits and bobs of training, getting himself going again and getting the feel of it.’
The boss continued:
“Martin`s back in more or less full training but with his injury he`ll need games to get him back to what you`d call true fitness, but they`re going along nicely.”
Taylor hasn’t been missed too badly thanks to the form of loan arrival Nyron Nosworthy whilst McGinn has been covered by Prince Buaben – the only attack-minded central midfielder at the club.
The duo’s return will provide Dyche with pleasant selection headache’s in the New Year.
