Find out what the Hornet’s Twitter faithful made of today’s draw at home to Bristol City

WATFORD ARRESTED their run of defeats with a 2-2 draw at home to Bristol City this afternoon, but were left frustrated after dominating the play.

The Hornet’s pressure finally told in the second period when James Wilson put through his own goal under pressure from the returning Troy Deeney.

City’s Marvin Elliott quickly levelled before a superb leveller from Matej Vydra.

Gianfranco Zola’s side were unable to hold on though as Steven Davies snatched a point for the Robins with just eight minutes left.

Here’s what our Twitter followers made of the draw. Remember @VitalWatford with the hashtag #shortandtweet to get involved!

@robert_wfc ‘3-5-2 worked ok. Doyley needs to Start as does Deeney if fully match fit! Vydra quality again.’

@aussihornet ‘nervous defence, Yeates playing, can’t convert numerous chances! Should have won at least, feels like a loss.’

‘Battochio to replace Yeates surely! Denney to start next week regardless! Poor result again mind!’

@PatMcNicholas ‘looked good with Deeney and 4-4-2. Do that again!’

@adzrowe ‘once we went 2-1 up should of just put 4/5 at the back. But I was really pleased with the performance!’

‘@Olimitch95 ‘looked great but need to take our chances, dominated, with deeney upfront next week we’ll be deadly.’

@domoreilly1 ‘bet you didn’t like the response Deeney got!!’

[Deeney] ‘played well when he came on. Looks like he’s bulked up. Vydra’s goal – #unbelievabletekkers’

@AndyLewers ‘Don’t see the point in starting with Cassetti if you’re just going to bring Lloyd in anyway. #WatfordFC’

@15Jonesy ‘Deeney just gets the crowd going, if his shot would of gone in off the post the whole place would off gone mental.’

@jonnywfc ‘Next two tweets make it. #shortandtweet’ ‘I’d get this team promoted on football manager! Lol.’

@jackelele15 ‘Chalobah wasted at the back, was running the midfield until the strange formation change.’
