GRANADA enjoyed a successful November, putting back-to-back wins together for the first time this season.

The month began a last-gasp win over last season’s La Liga surprise package Levante.

A 90th minute goal from summer signing Piti gave El Grana the win in the dying seconds, the forward bending a superb left-footed free-kick over the Levante wall into the corner of the net.

Six days later, Granada built on the victory over Levante in the best possible fashion, beating rivals Malaga 3-1.

A hat-trick from Youssef El-Arabi did for last season’s Champions League surprise package, with Juanmi scoring the visitor’s consolation.

El-Arabi bagged the opener after 48 minutes when he slammed home a re-bound before Juanmi equalised nine minutes after the break.

The Moroccan bagged his second from close range just five minutes later & completed the job 13 minutes from time when he converted one-on-on from Yacine Brahimi’s through ball.

November ended with a 4-0 defeat by Barcelona at the Camp Nou.

Andres Iniesta got the opener from the penalty spot after 20 minutes and 20 minutes later Cesc Fabregas got the second from 12 yards.

With 19 minutes remaining, former Udinese winger Alexis Sanchez got the third and in the 90th minute, Pedro grabbed the fourth.

Granada were linked with a loan move for Arsenal left-back Naxto Monreal during November, but deny any interest in the former Malaga man.

Udinese enjoyed a less successful month, scoring just one goal and winning just one of their three fixtures.

November began with a 3-0 humbling at the hands of Internazionale.

Two goals within five minutes of one another did for the Zebrette who fell behind to a 25th minute goal from Rodrigo Palacio.

Four minutes later, Andrea Ranocchia doubled the Nerazzurri lead before Ricky Alvarez completed a comfortable victory in the 90th minute.

Six days a later, a Maxi Lopez penalty condemned Udinese to a 1-0 defeat in Catania.

The month did however end with victory and a first clean sheet in seven as French defender Thomas Heurtaux struck in the 34th minute.

Udinese have already played Napoli in December and still have to face Torino and Livorno before the winter break.
