Eustace who has played every minute of league football this season picked up his fifth booking in the defeat at Burnley last weekend.
That added to his previous bookings against Coventry, Sheffield Utd, Portsmouth and Derby mean he will be forced to sit out this weekend.
Eustace fell short of the 31 December deadline where the threshold increases to 10 bookings.
With Ross Jenkins still struggling with an ankle injury it seems probable that Hornet’s fans will get their first proper taste of Josh Walker who signed from Middlesbrough in August on a free transfer.
