Hornet`s Head Coach Gianfranco Zola admits that there will be changes for Watford`s trip to Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday.

Zola could be without as many as eight players for the trip to south Yorkshire after Jonathan Bond and Ikechi Anya picked up knocks at Blackpool on Saturday.

Goalkeeper Bond picked up a knock in the warm-up at Bloomfield Road, whilst goal-scorer Anya also left Lancashire with a knock.

Speaking to The Watford Observer, Zola provided an update on his walking wounded:

‘I think there is a possibility we might see some new faces, but I don`t know how many at the moment,” confirmed Zola.

‘Abdi is not available for this game – it shouldn`t be long before he`s back but he is not available for this match.

“Prince Buaben joined us for the first time today (Monday) so he is not available because he is not match fit at the moment.

‘Neuton has recovered but he has trained with us only twice so he is not match fit either.’

Attacker Geofffrey Mujangi Bia could return to the matchday squad at least for Tuesday`s clash at Hillsborough after being declared fit.

Midfielder Jonathan Hogg is also available once more after serving a one-match ban.

Midfielder John Eustace (back), Nyron Nosworthy (hamstring), Lloyd Doyley (calf), Almen Abdi (shoulder) and Prince Buaben (thigh) are all definitely out, Neuton (ankle) is doubtful.
