Regular VitalWatford contributor, Dastardly Dirk Thrust, gives us his opinion on the individual performances against Posh…

Cowie… a cowardly disgrace?
Hoskins…failed to take his chance?
Mariappa…time for Hodson again?

Do you agree with him?
We all know Dirk sees things differently most of the time… Let us know whether he’s called this right or not?

Loach – 6
2 good stops but largely culpable for the goal although he was not helped by very slow defender.

Mariappa – 5
Tried but out of touch (and out for form – ed) Needs to be replaced by Lee Hodson for 6-pointer with Ipswich.

Lloydinho – 6
OK performance for Doyley and is the least of our problems at present.

Taylor – 5
Second clumsy game in a row from the ex Birmingham man

Captain America – 6
Battled well but not at his best. (Seems to reserve his most commanding performances for the international scene – ed)

Eustace – 4
3rd poor game running after rubbish showings against Derby and Swansea. Needs to be replaced by Jenkins for visit of Tractor Boys

Lansbury – 7
The Arsenal loanee worked very hard

The Cow – 4
A cowardly disgrace. The Scottish international deserved to be replaced

Clever Tom – 6
Good to have Cleverley back and at times he showed flashes of his genius (our only genuine goal threat – ed)

Graham – 5
Tried and chased everything but poor overall. (So not so Golden then from Graham this time? We lost his ability to hold the ball up when he was replaced – ed)

Helguson – 7
**THRUST`S STAR MAN** Did all he could with the rubbish service on offer.

Subs

Hoskins – 3
Oh dear. All those calling for Hoskins to play a part got their wish but the former Rotherham hitman did very little of use in his cameo

Henderson – 2
Jesus?. Appears to be above Hoskins in the pecking order now? HOW?

Wee Stevie McGinn – 5
Quick but rushed (with his decision making and his passing – ed)
