Watford have this afternoon signed another three players on loan from Udinese in Gabriele Angella, Fernando Forestieri and Neuton, according to Football Italia.

Watford have been linked heavily with both Brazilian defender Neuton and Italian defender Angella, but striker Forestieri is a new name to Hornet’s supporters.

If the three new faces are confirmed it will take the number of Pozzo family owned loanees at Vicarage Road to 10 with Daniel Pudil, Matej Vydra, Steve Leo Beleck, Ikechi Anya, Almen Abdi, Alex Geijo and Marco Cassetti. Geoffrey Mujangi Bia is however expected to make that number 11.

Forestieri, 22, is an Italian-Argentian forward who plays as second-striker. Having served his football apprenticeship with Argentian sides Newell’s Old Boys and Boca Juniors, he moved to Italian side Genoa in 2006.

Loan spells with Siena and Vicenza followed before Udinese snapped him up in 2009. The Zebrette immediately loaned 5’7 forward out to Malaga, followed by Empoli and Bari.

The Rosario born frontman has also won Italy caps at U17, 17, 20 & 21 level.

Neuton Sergio Piccoli, to give him his full title, is a Brazilian centre-half, also capable of playing left-back.

The 22 year-old defender signed for Udinese from Gremio in 2011 and has made four first team appearances for the Friuli club, though he had been expected to make a bigger first-team impact this season.

Born in Erechim, the Brazilian made his debut for Udinese against Arsenal in the Champions League Play-Off last season.

Finally, there’s 23 year-old Italian centre-half Angella. Born in Florence, Angella has made eight appearances for the Udinese first-team since signing in 2010.

The strapping 6’3 defender had previously turned out for Empoli, where he spent two years making 51 league appearances.

As well as appearing for Udinese, Angella has been loaned out to Siena and latterly Reggina, where he made 19 appearances in Serie A last term.

As soon as there is official confirmation of any of our new loan arrival, Vital Watford will bring it to you.
