Three Watford players have booked their place at this summer’s European Championships.

Goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon has been named in Romania’s final 23 man squad for the trip to France this summer, and he is the only British based player to be included by Romania this year.

Defender Sebastian Prodl also finds himself in Austria’s final 23 man squad for this summer’s tournament.

Finally, Daniel Pudil, who spent the campaign out on loan with Sheffield Wednesday, finds himself in the Czech Republic squad for their own Euro battle.

With Valon Behrami and Craig Cathcart already picked by Switzerland and Northern Ireland respectively, in recent times, it means Watford will have five players on international action this month.
