All promotions and relegations for the season of 2016/17 have been confirmed, so the full make up of the Premier League for 2017/18 is now known.

Leaving the top flight through relegation last season was Sunderland, Middlesbrough and Hull City but the Premier League does welcome Newcastle United who took the Championship trophy, Brighton with the last automatic spot and Huddersfield Town via a successful Play Off campaign and Wembley victory.

Huddersfield become the 49th side to feature in the top flight since the rebrand.
