Watford completed their third loan deal of the day by loaning striker Steve Leo Beleck to local side Stevenage.
The powerful Cameroonian, who is himself on-loan at Watford from Udinese, will link up with Gary Smith’s side for the rest of the season.
Beleck, 19, is yet to make a start for the ‘Orns since signing on-loan over the summer and has made just five substitute appearances.
His cameo against Nottingham Forest three days before Christmas was Beleck’s first appearance for Gianfranco Zola’s side since September.
Watford haven’t signed Beleck, they have merely re-loaned him out as they are entitled to do so as the initial loan move is classed as an international transfer.
In this instance a player loaned from a club outside the UK is treated as the permanent property of the club he is loaned to. This enables the player to be loaned out again with the permission of the original parent club, in this case Udinese.
Good luck, Steve!
