Every cloud has a silver lining they say, and that cloud that is Watford’s potential administration has the largest of them all.

Just six months into his dream job down at the Mad Stad, former Orn Brendan Rodgers has ‘mutually’ agreed to leave his position as manager of Reading Football Club.

The dislikeable Northern Irishman has overseen just five wins with the Royals and at 200k each [a fifth of the £1m he cost Reading], he’s hardly been good value.

Still the football was ‘entertaining’!

So the Rodgers-hating is now over, unless of course he rolls up at L*t*n Town any time soon; in which case we may have to support his crusade to ruin the club!

Meanwhile, Jim Magilton has been given the heave-ho by QPR following his assult on Akos Buszaky and the general shenanigans surrounding his tenure at Loftus Road.
