A short time ago this evening Watford confirmed that Ben Watson had agreed a mutual contract termination at the club and he now leaves.
The 32 year old midfielder arrived in January 2015 from Wigan Athletic and more than played his part in helping us to promotion into the Premier League and across his three years with us he made 78 appearances in total, along with 47 in the top flight and a return of two goals.
All at the club wish him well for the future and in terminating his contract, he won’t have issues with the transfer window closing this evening.
