Popular Premier League referee, Michael Oliver, will be taking charge of Bournemouth vs Watford this weekend.

I don’t think Hornets fans need to be reminded of the last time Oliver took charge of a Watford game, with it being the 2013 Championship Play Off Semi Final, which involved some controversy to say the least, with Oliver being in the centre of it.

From Northumberland, Oliver has taken the reins of seven games already this season, six of those coming from the Premier League, and one from the Europa League as Fiorentina suffered a home loss to Basel, where Oliver gave out four yellow cards and one red.

His last game involved Watford’s last opponents, Crystal Palace, as they were defeated away to Spurs by a goal to nil, with three yellow cards issued in that game.

The thirty year old hasn’t been shy to send players off this season, with him already giving four players an early bath, including that red card mentioned in the Europa League.

Alongside four red cards, he has sent thirty people into the book already this season.

I think you’ve missed a match from his record this season. He reffed the Molde v D Zagreb Champ. qualifier & handed out 7 yellows, 1 red and 3 penalties.
