Hornets`hitman Marlon King has been sensationally sent home from the Jamaica squad for breach of discipline.

King, who was set to lead the line against the country of his birth at Old Trafford on Saturday, was allegedly thrown out of the Reggae Boyz squad for breaking a curfew and refusing to apologise.

According to Jamaican Football Federation president Crenston Boxhill is reported to have told Jamaican radio: “There was more to it than just breaking curfew and coming late, Marlon King was rude and unapologetic. In the discussion that the management team had with him, he was quite unapologetic, which was what really warranted him being expelled from the camp.”

Jason Euell and Jamal Campbell-Ryce have also been fined 50% of their match fees while Sheffield Wednesday forward Deon Burton has been called up in place in King.
