Its a must win game tonight for Watford

Watford certainly need to win tonight to keep our hopes of European football alive after an impressive Everton side turned over Manchester United 4-0 and with a game in hand over The Toffee’s a win tonight would take us to 7th in the table.

Javi Garcia has spoke with the Daily EchoDaily Echo ahead of Tuesday’s home fixture against The Saints

“I think before playing the game, my players know perfectly that we need the points more than them, it is the best mentality to get the points available. If we don’t play with that feeling it is difficult to get results. They really need the points as well. We try to compete as well as possible because I’m sure we will have to if we want the points.”

“All of the teams are honest and always they play very well and it is always difficult to get points in the different circumstances. We have to be concentrated until the end, if we don’t do it in the next games, I’m sure we won’t be able to achieve the results we want.”

After a 2-1 win over relegated Huddersfield that ‘winning feeling’ must still be intact for The Hornets, this is a must win game, we really need to take every point we can get as the season comes to a close and with our ambitions filmy set on Europa League were looking ahead to some very passionate performances to come.

I think with the way Deulofeu is playing right now we would need Europa League football to keep him at the club, as everyone in football knows when you have a player like that and you don’t qualify for a European competition there’s a big chance that player won’t be there anymore. This will most likely be the case with Deulofeu.

A win tonight is what is needed any other result will not be accepted, this is our big chance to really break in to the top 7, now let’s take that chance!
