Will Hoskins` Watford hell looks to finally be over todayas he joins Nottingham Forest on emergency loan.

The former Rotherham forward has been back at Vicarage Road long enough to secure a deal which could see him join the Tricky Trees permanently at the end of the season. Hoskins has enjoyed two loan spells at Millwall this season and has been a regular on the scoresheet at the New Den under former ‘Orn, Kenny Jackett.

Since arriving from Rotherham United last season for a combined fee of 1.2million with Lee Williamson, the striker has failed to find the net in a Yellow shirt, in fairness however, Sir Aidy has used the Nottingham-born frontman sparingly, and often as a wideman.

Aidy Boothroyd last week commented that Will was a player who had ‘failed to meet his expectations of him` since signing last January.

Hoskins will link up with Calderwood`s side on Friday and will compete with Nathan Tyson, Grant Holt and the returning Junior Agogo for a starting place at the City Ground. Should Forest want to make the deal permanent, it will cost them 500k according to certain sources.
