Young forward Liam Henderson has made his third loan move of the season, this morning penning a months loan spell at Rotherham United.

The 21 year-old striker has linked up with the League Two high-fliers for a month but told the Rotherham Official Site he wouldn’t rule out a longer stay:

‘I will have to see how it goes but I would be interested in an extended stay.

‘You never know with football, it could turn into something permanent but in the short term I just want to get some games in and help the club as much as possible.’

Henderson will be looking to impress with just four months remaining on his Hornet’s contract.

The Gateshead-born striker has yet to score a professional goal in 40 appearances, four of which were starts on loan at Colchester United, Hartlepool United and Aldershot Town for whom he featured once before being sent back due to a change in manager.

Good luck Liam!
