Find out how our band of loanees are doing away from Vicarage Road

It was a good weekend for Watford’s loanees with two of the four in action enjoying positive results.

Young goalkeeper Jonathan Bond enjoyed the pick of the results as his Forest Green Rovers side won 5-1 at Braintree Town.

The game marked Bond’s second appearance for the Blue Square Premier side and having won the first clash 4-1 at home to Alfreton Town, it’s been a good start for the Welsh stopper.

Further up the league structure, Gavin Massey’s Yeovil Town drew 2-2 at home to Exeter City. Hornet’s old-boy Dominic Blizzard got the Glovers a second-half leveller.

Michael Bryan and Bradford City have both struggled this season with the Northern Irish cap’s last appearance coming on November 5. The Bantams lost 1-0 to Cheltenham Town on that occasion.

League One high-fliers Brentford look like they will extend the initial one-month loan deal of Dale Bennett, if he recovers from injury.

Having bagged the winner for the Bees on his debut for the club, Bennett has been injured ever since following a training ground knock. Brentford have until Thursday and the end of the loan window to extend the deal.

Congratulations to our loan quartet.
