Academy attacker Francino Francis has joined Ryman Premier oufit Wealdstone on a work-experience deal.

The nineteen-year-old, who has recently returned to Vicarage Road from a similar deal with Conference outfit Kidderminster Harriers, has made the short trip to Harrow in search of more first team experience after finding his opportunities limited in the West Midlands.

The Jamaican-born striker is hoping to fill the void left by the highly-talented Jermaine Beckford, who signed for Leeds United last week.

Francis has played three times for the Golden Boys this season but has been a regular in the starting line-up of both the reserves and the youth academy.
