After last week telling the Watford Observer that he was content at Vicarage Road, former Baggies striker Nathan Ellington has had a change of heart.

In a u-turn that will no doubt irk the Hornets faithful, the £3.25million flop told Sky Sports News that,‘The circumstances that I find myself in, and that the club’s in, I think it’s actually best that I will end up moving pretty soon,’

Indeed, it was only last week the beardy front man was proclaiming his happiness at Vicarage Road, citing Malky Mackay ‘all’ the reasons he was happy in WD18.

The deluded forward then claimed that something may yet come out of his week-long trial with Blackburn Rovers over the Summer just gone:

‘I think I’ve left a good imprint on (Blackburn’s) minds. It’s just how I do now while I’m at Watford, or wherever I am, how I do in the season.

‘I think they could assess the situation further when the time comes.’

We wait with bated breath Mr Ellington…
