Well, according to ‘reports’ as far as Clubcall are concerned.

Not that they’ve given any source for the rumoured interest that Swansea might have in Gabriele Angella with it seemingly a case of two and two being put together seen as the Watford defender previously worked with the Swans’ boss Francesco Guidolin in Italy.

He’ll see out the season with QPR, where he’s made 15 appearances for the Championship side this season, before returning to Vicarage Road in the summer when his long-term future with the Hornets would become clearer.

It probably isn’t expected he’s in our future plans though is it?

Angella played under Guidolin when he was charge at Udinese and Empoli so if Swansea did want him (and we’ll let him leave) it wouldn’t be a surprise he would want the 26-year-old for a third time, assuming he keeps his job at the Liberty Stadium, which isn’t certain either.
