Hot on the trail of all Watford related news, as ever, Vital Watford can confirm that an unnamed Premiership club has tabled an official bid for Hameur Bouazza. Fulham have been strongly linked with the Algerian international in the last few days but the bidder and amount is undisclosed. It is yet to be announced whether or not the bid has been accepted or not. However, the footballing experts at Vital Watford believe that the announcement of the bid on the club`s official site means it may well have been accepted.

Bouazza is valued at around £5 million by Aidy Boothroyd, a valuation that was made public last week. Since then Fulham have apparently offered a sum between of £3-£4.2 million depending on which paper you believe.

Since signing pro` forms in 2003, Bouazza has managed eight goals in 83 appearances for Watford, his first coming on his full debut versus Preston North End. Last season the French-born winger was the Hornets top scorer with five.
