Young defender Dale Bennett will re-join Brentford on-loan when the transfer window re-opens.

The academy graduate was on-loan at Griffin Park earlier in the season but was injured on his debut where he scored the winner against Chesterfield.

Bennett will now re-join Uwe Rosler’s side on loan for a month when the January Transfer Window re-opens tomorrow having recovered from injury.

Speaking to the Official Site, Sean Dyche said of the deal:

‘This one was simply a case of re-aligning things so Dale had the chance to do what we wanted him to the first time,’ explained Watford manager Sean Dyche.

‘Injury interrupted things first time round so we’re hopeful he can get the first-team football he needs at this stage of his career.’

Meanwhile, fellow youngsters Michael Bryan and Gavin Massey will return to the club in the next ‘week or so’ following loan spells with Bradford City and Yeovil Town respectively.
